After a year in real estate, he purchased Parking Lots Plus in 2023 and has led the company through consistent year-over-year growth in commercial paving, sealcoating, striping, and concrete work. He holds an MBA and a Master of Liberal Arts, and spent years in banking and finance before becoming a contractor. That background shapes how the company estimates jobs, plans seasons, and structures budgets for property managers who need predictable maintenance costs.
