Job Summary
Entrusted to repair asphalt curbs on the property followed by surface cleaning, crack preparation, and the application of two coats of premium asphalt emulsion sealcoat to the entirety of the lot and all asphalt curbs. The project included full lot restriping and installation of ADA-compliant handicap parking spaces. Work was carefully sequenced to ensure proper material curing, clear layout accuracy, and a clean, professional finished appearance while maintaining operational continuity for the property.
Challenges
The clinic remained open to patients throughout the project, requiring careful phasing of curb repair, sealcoating, and striping work to preserve safe access and parking availability. Crews coordinated drying times and section closures so the lot was always partially usable, then returned with full restriping and ADA layout once the final coat had properly cured.
