Job Summary

Entrusted with the complete pavement maintenance and restriping of the shopping center, including thorough surface cleaning, crack preparation, and the application of a single coat of sealcoat installed in controlled sections. Upon completion of the sealcoating process, the project included full lot restriping, installation of ADA-compliant handicap parking spaces, custom pavement stenciling, and repainting of all fire lanes and curbs. Work was carefully sequenced to ensure proper material curing, clear layout accuracy, and a clean, professional finished appearance while maintaining operational continuity for the property.

Challenges

The project required overnight execution, with work beginning after 10:00 PM and strict deadlines to reopen the parking lot by 11:00 AM the following day to support uninterrupted business operations. The lot was completed in multiple sections, requiring detailed coordination, precise traffic control, and efficient crew organization to maintain safe vehicle and pedestrian flow while allowing adequate drying time for materials.
