About David
David Erington relocated with his family to Northwest Arkansas in 2022. After a year in real estate, he purchased Parking Lots Plus in 2023 and has led the company through consistent year-over-year growth in commercial paving, sealcoating, striping, and concrete work.
He holds an MBA and a Master of Liberal Arts, and spent years in banking and finance before becoming a contractor. That background shapes how the company estimates jobs, plans seasons, and structures budgets for property managers who need predictable maintenance costs.
As a former missionary, David is active in the local community and works closely with churches across Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma, offering discounted paving and sealcoating so faith-based properties can stay safe and well kept without straining their budgets.
